| New in Virginia. My wife and I aren't AS owner yet, but seriously looking. Have found one in Idaho but how do we get it to Virginia? The search continues!! Looking for 280 Turbodiesel in good shape. |

Welcome aboard! There is an Airstream dealer not far from you that has Classic Motorhomes from time to time - Parkview RV. My 345 was originally sold by them back in 86. A little further north there is another one - Colonial Airstream. I know both of these dealers occasionally get older rigs in on trade.
Also, PPL Motorhomes in TX ususaly has a few on the lot. The 280 TD is a very nice rig, but hard to come by. Keep us posted on how the search goes. As far as your question about how to get it home, thats easy - you drive it!

| OH so THAT's what the engine is for!! Seriously, thanks for the warm welcomes. My problem is I can't take off work for the time it would take to do such a LOOOONNNGGG drive from Idaho to my part of Virginia. But you're right, that may be the only way for me to pull this off! |
