I also have an 82 Winnie Warrior and I found that the company made the roof top in 3 overlapping sections, they then used a woven cloth tape to seal them before painting the whole area, the paint ages and cracks and the cloth tape wicks water down the threads (now bare) and into the cab, I sealed mine with a very heavy coat of roof paint which I repaint every year. ddyarwood
